यीशु की पैरवी मैं करने लगा

Yeshu ki pairavi main karne laga

I have begun to follow Jesus.

वापस कभी न लौटूंगा।

Vapas kabhi na lautunga.

I will never turn back.

अगर मुझे यह सताये दुनिया

Agar mujhe yah sataye duniya

Even if the world persecutes me for this,

खुश यीशु में मैं रहूंगा।

Khush Yeshu mein main rahunga.

I will remain joyful in Jesus.

दुःख मेरी खुशी, नुकसान है नफा

Dukh meri khushi, nuksan hai nafa

Suffering is my joy, and loss is gain;

यीशु ही अब, सब कुछ होगा।

Yeshu hi ab, sab kuchh hoga.

from now on Jesus alone will be my everything.

जग मेरा नहीं, क्रूस अब है मेरा,

Jag mera nahin, krus ab hai mera,

This world is not mine; now the cross is mine,

क्रूस उठा कर मैं चलूंगा।

Krus utha kar main chalunga.

and I will walk carrying the cross.

नफा दुनिया का नुकसान समझकर

Nafa duniya ka nuksan samajhkar

Counting the world's gain as loss,

क्रूस उठा कर मैं चलूंगा।

अपने लोग मुझे, छोड़ देवें तौभी

Apne log mujhe, chhod deven taubhi

Even if my own people leave me,

तंग राह मैं न छोडूंगा।

Tang rah main na chhodunga.

I will not leave the narrow way.

तरसता मैं यीशु के लिये

Tarasta main Yeshu ke liye

I long for Jesus;

निशाना अब सिय्योन होगा।

Nishana ab Siyon hoga.

now Zion is my goal.
