मेरे दिल से है शुभ वचन बहता

Mere dil se hai shubh vachan bahta

Good words flow from my heart;

मेरा मन आनन्द से भर जाता

Mera man anand se bhar jata

my mind is filled with joy.

मेरे प्रेमी ने की हुई भलाइयों

Mere premi ne ki hui bhalaiyon

For all the good things my Beloved has done,

के लिये बदले में उसको मैं क्या दूँ।

ke liye badle mein usko main kya dun.

what can I give him in return?

परम पिता मेरे साथ रह कर

Param Pita mere sath rah kar

The Supreme Father stays with me

नित्य वह मेरी लड़ाई लड़ता है

Nitya vah meri ladai ladta hai

and fights my battles every day;

इसलिये निर्भय मैं रह सकता

Isliye nirbhay main rah sakta

so I can stay fearless

इस जंगल के रोजाना सफर में।

Is jangal ke rozana safar mein.

in this daily journey through the wilderness.

सब कुछ मेरे लिये सिद्ध करता प्रेमी

Sab kuchh mere liye siddh karta premi

My Beloved accomplishes everything for me;

इसलिये आराम है मुझे उसके सीने में

Isliye aram hai mujhe uske sine mein

so I find rest on his chest;

सब कुछ जो जीवन और भक्ति के लिये है

Sab kuchh jo jivan aur bhakti ke liye hai

everything that is needed for life and devotion –

उसकी जलाली शक्ति मुझे दे दी।

Uski jalali shakti mujhe de di.

his glorious power has been given to me.

आफ़त मुसीबत बीमारी बेचैनी से

Afat musibat bimari bechaini se

From calamity, trouble, sickness and restlessness,

आशारहित जब मैं लाचार हुआ

Asharahit jab main lachar hua

when I became helpless and without hope,

तसल्ली देने वाले हाथ से प्रेमी ने

Tasalli dene vale hath se premi ne

with a comforting hand, my Beloved

अद्भुत चंगाई और शान्ति भी दे दी।

Adbhut changai aur shanti bhi de di.

gave me wonderful healing and peace as well.

Andhkar se jisne mujhe bulaya hai

He who called me out of darkness

अद्भुत ज्योति की ओर है चलाता

Adbhut jyoti ki or hai chalata

is leading me toward the wonderful light;

चंद दिनों के क्लेश जो अभी हैं

Chand dinon ke klesh jo abhi hain

the troubles of a few days that are with me now

अनन्त महिमा और आदर बन जायेंगे।

Anant mahima aur adar ban jayenge.

will become eternal glory and honour.
